Spinning is een aerobicsles op een stationaire fiets. De spinningles is een workout van 60 minuten waar de benen, buik en billen getraind worden; ook komen de rug- en armspieren aan bod. Het resultaat van spinning is zeer snel merkbaar: een betere conditie door hogere zuurstofopname en gewichtsverlies aan bovenbenen, billen en buik. Omdat er veel verschillende ritmes in een spinningles gebruikt worden en door diverse zittende en staande technieken ontstaat een positief trainingseffect op hart en longen.
Spinning is voor iedereen, je kunt op je eigen niveau werken aan een betere conditie.
Er is per les plaats voor 13 personen.

In our boetkamp classes, muscle strengthening training methods are performed in teams under the professional guidance of our fitness instructor. The goal is to improve strength and endurance through intense group training over a period of one hour. Through the team, the participants exercise more intensely than they would individually, so that the efficiency of the training increases.
